ABOUT US
We are an owner-occupied Condo Association (campground) located in Weare, NH. The park consists of 130 lots and is open 10 months of the year. We are closed during March and November. We are approximately 30 minutes west of Concord and 40 minutes north of Manchester. Easy to get to, and just far enough off the beaten path without losing access to the rest of New Hampshire. Direct access to NH snowmobile corridor trail 6 from the campground and ATV trails are also available. AMENITIES
We have a rec hall that is used regularly for meetings and events and is available (to owners) for rental. The rec hall also contains a kitchen, bathroom facilities with showers, coin-operated laundry, ping pong, pool tables, air hockey and darts. There is a basketball court, horseshoes, a playground and a large inground pool that becomes a central area for summer socializing, parties and bbqs with your neighbors. We have grills that are located near the pool for common use.
Real Estate
All lots/camps are individually owned. If you are interested in purchasing a lot/camp please check local real estate listings. We do not offer sales or rentals through the Condo Association.
1) A current owner interested in selling must first remit an “Intent to Sell” form to the Board of Directors.
2) All Real Estate listings must state that this is a recreational facility ONLY. Owners MAY NOT reside here full-time or use this address to register cars or enroll children in school. All Seasons is CLOSED during the months of March and November. Prospective buyers must submit a background check application and receive approval from the Board of Directors.
